As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the entire sales process—from identifying and qualifying leads to conducting strategic discovery calls and closing impactful deals via Zoom. Leveraging your expertise with HubSpot, you will efficiently manage your pipeline, maintain proactive follow-ups, and oversee opportunities to drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including business owners and C-suite executives, using a mix of cold calling, social media, and networking.
- Consult & Close: Conduct strategic discovery calls, position tailored solutions, and close deals via Zoom—turning prospects into long-term clients.
- Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Pipeline: Stay organized using HubSpot CRM to track leads and manage your pipeline, hitting deadlines and meeting sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Record: 2 years of success in B2B sales or consultative selling, with experience closing deals with executives and business owners.
- Business Acumen: Ability to speak the language of decision-makers and position our services as critical to their success.
- High-Level Communication: Confident in engaging with executives, delivering value propositions, and closing deals in virtual meetings.
- Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented with the drive to exceed targets and achieve results.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HubSpot CRM, Zoom, and other sales tools to stay ahead of the curve.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong in overcoming objections and closing high-value deals.
