Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated QMHS Provider to work in a school setting, providing support to students exhibiting various behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children navigate their emotional and behavioral needs in the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with behavioral and emotional challenges that may arise during classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one support and intervention strategies to help students cope with difficult situations.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student behaviors and progress, reporting findings as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with school personnel.
• Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a sense of trust and safety.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid QMHS certification.
• Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.
• Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic school environment.
