Role Overview
We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Director who knows how to execute, drive growth, and deliver measurable results. If you’ve scaled CPG (consumer packaged goods) startups, have a proven track record of making an impact (real metrics, no fluff), and want to be hands-on in shaping a fast-growing brand, this is your chance.
This isn’t a remote role. We work together, in person, to build something great. If you’re not local, we’ll take care of relocation to get you here.
You’ll report directly to our VP of Marketing and be their right hand in turning strategy into action.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Strategic Execution: Translate high-level goals into actionable marketing initiatives that deliver results across digital, email, paid media, and beyond.
- Data-Driven Growth: Own campaign performance metrics and optimize every aspect of the funnel. Reporting on what’s working (and what’s not) to the VP of Marketing is key.
- Brand Amplification: Strengthen our brand voice and presence in ways that truly resonate with our audience.
- Customer Acquisition: Launch and refine performance marketing campaigns that attract and retain customers.
- Content Oversight: Guide messaging and creative assets to ensure everything aligns with our vision and drives conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership to ensure marketing supports broader business goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Startup CPG Experience: You’ve been in the thick of it—scaling companies with limited resources and unlimited ambition.
- Proven Success: You’ve got long tenures where you delivered hard results. Show us your wins—campaigns, metrics, or growth stories.
- Hands-On Execution: You’re a doer. Paid ads, analytics, email campaigns, SEO, branding—you’ve run it all, and you’ve run it well.
- Communication Skills: You can confidently report on performance, insights, and recommendations directly to the VP of Marketing and leadership.
- On-Site Commitment: You’re ready to show up every day in our Jupiter office and collaborate with the team face-to-face.
