• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and offering personalized styling advice.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our brands, product collections, and streetwear trends.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect pieces while creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience.
• Help curate and maintain a client list to build long-term customer relationships.
• Have the opportunity to work with high-profile clients and style influential individuals.
• Handle transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain store presentation by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and brand releases.
• Represent the store’s culture and values in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong passion for fashion, streetwear, and luxury apparel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Expected hours: 12 – 21 per week
