Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
- Create and manage project schedules using project scheduling tools
- Implement project management methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile/Scrum
- Utilize content management systems to organize and track project documentation
- Apply lean principles to optimize project processes and improve efficiency
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with team members to identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices such as PMBOK or SAFe
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration
- 4 years management experience.
- 2 years experience in the CPG sector is a plus
- Superb organizational skills; demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects on time and on budget effectively.
- Able to understand our business, technical preferences, and technical direction and to comply with standard policies and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Solid problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Microsoft Office Products, including Word and Excel proficiency.
