Project Engineer – Land Development
Location: Tampa, FL

Position Summary:
We are seeking a May or August 2025 graduate for our entry level Project Engineer position. The applicant will assist senior engineers in designing commercial and residential projects including learning all aspects of site layout, grading and drainage, utility design, permitting processes and construction administration and certifications. The candidate should be capable of performing site visits and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design of commercial and residential land development projects.
- Develop skills in site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Participate in the permitting process and construction administration.
- Conduct site visits and inspections for project assessments.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Passed (or scheduled to take) the FE exam in the State of Florida.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience; internship experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness and ability to perform site inspections at active and potential construction sites.
