We are seeking a Project Manager capable of managing projects and training young staff. The applicant should be capable of designing residential projects including site layout, grading and drainage, and utility design.
Position Requirements
- Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project design and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and specifications.
- Train younger engineering staff
