As a key member of our Analytics Success and Enablement function within the Analytics Department, Business Analysts are integral to our analytics-first approach. What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field.  
• Zero to three (0-3) years of professional experience in digital marketing analytics.
• Prior experience establishing analytics frameworks and standardized processes a plus.
• Experience working in Google Analytics with a certification is required; Adobe Analytics experience is preferred.
• The ability to create easily consumable data visualizations through common tools such as Power BI, DOMO, Datorama, or Tableau.
• A broad understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels.

What You Will Do:

• Interpret data to draw meaningful insights that will inform marketing strategies. 
• Consume and analyze data from a multitude of sources, including but not limited to: digital marketing, traditional marketing, website analytics, point of sale, customer behavioral data, population and demographic data, demand trends. 
• Perform regular analysis of digital marketing performance, user engagement, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform marketing and client objectives. 
• Support Data Analysts and Senior Analysts on the design of recurring reports and dashboards.
• Design, perform, analyze A/B testing experiments to support campaign optimization. 
• Perform sales lift analyses to measure incremental marketing impacts. 
• Identify Conversion Rate Optimization opportunities. 
• Provide insight and analysis of audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and customer lifetime value.
• Perform other job-related duties assigned by the Analytics Supervisors or Analytics Directors.
