What You Bring
- Ten plus (10 ) years of account management experience across advertising or brand side businesses; prior experience working with clients in the restaurant industry is highly desired.
- The ability to think critically and strategically mine opportunities to grow business.
- A proven track record of leading cross-departmental teams, specifically working with media and analytics professionals.
- Exemplary experience working in the business marketing industry and across multiple clients at the same time.
- Storytelling skills that captivate clients and internal teams in a way that builds powerful partnerships, establishes trust and confidence, and grows client scopes of work, along with the ability to tell stories through decks and presentations to the client.
- Analytical skills which allow you to understand how to marry data and storytelling together to create emotional and remarkable responses.
- You’re a leader. You possess an executive presence and unique confidence which allows you to effectively work with clients at Senior VP, C-Suite and Executive Leadership levels.
- You’re a culture driver. You understand that Account professionals sit at the intersection of interdepartmental team, client, and company needs; you understand how to drive team culture at this pivotal intersection.

- Facilitating communication between company, client, and agency leaders.
- Leading day to day client communication and initiatives, including understanding of business building, strategy, media, and analytics projects.
- Building rapport and credibility to engage in and foster strong relationships with clients and partner agencies.
- Influencing the development of the highest quality work within Media and Analytics execution teams.
- Researching and understanding assigned brands, monitoring competitors and overall category, to proactively identify opportunities that add value for the client.
- Taking accurate notes on client meetings, disseminating information to internal teams where necessary.
- Assisting with building client decks, adhering to agency and client standards.
- Managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas concurrently, while providing strategic direction for assigned clients.
- Utilizing critical thinking and best judgement in day-to-day scenarios to continue to build the agency/client relationship, with the goal of establishing a strategic partnership.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
