Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking an associate with 4-6 years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience to join its thriving, growing, highly-credentialed and highly collaborative Real Estate Practice Group.
Candidates should have substantial experience in handling complex transactions that include acquisitions, dispositions, title and survey review, financing, leasing, land use and development, construction, and a familiarity with joint ventures.
Candidates must have the ability to run a transaction with minimal supervision and have strong writing and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, enjoys working with a team, and approaches practicing law with an entrepreneurial spirit. At LP, associates can expect to work on substantive matters and directly contribute to the exceptional service our clients expect.
The annual salary range for this position is $220,000 - $260,000. LP believes this is the pay range it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be contingent on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position. LP offers generous compensation and benefits packages, including medical, dental and vision benefits and eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
