Position Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of books and records for the accounting and reporting on development and brokerage accounts, investments and other assets.
Oversee the day-to-day accounts payable and receivable processes, including cash management, expense reporting, and payroll administration, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Prepare Construction Budgets and Draws.
Monitor property metrics such as occupancy rates, lease expirations and NOI.
Serve as the point of contact for CPA group ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation.
Assist in due diligence, including inspections, appraisals and surveys.
Ensure audit readiness with detailed and accurate documentation of all financial activities.
Reconcile NNN expenses and bill tenants as required by lease (CAM Reconciliations)
Prepare lease and contract abstracts including key dates.
Support, review and revise transaction closing process.
Qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, property management or accounting
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based storage platforms
Experience in Yardi and QuickBooks is a plus
Meticulous attention to detail and the highest standards for accuracy, timeliness and precision
