The role of the Recruiter is to find and prospect qualified candidates for Lever1s internal open positions as well as client job positions. The primary job function is to effectively conduct active prospecting via phone calls, job boards and email while remarketing to previous applicants. The Recruiter will conduct positive and clear phone screening techniques to identify and present qualified talent to fill open positions. You may have other HR duties assigned not listed below.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage Lever1 internal and client recruitment needs through the following:
- Research with hiring manager, appropriate job skills and culture fits for correct candidate.
- Draft phone screen questions to be approved by hiring manager.
- Write job advertisement to entice candidates.
- Research job sites that will elicit best fit candidates.
- Post on identified job sites.
- Filter resumes submitted.
- Proactively search for passive candidates.
- Phone screen qualified candidates.
- Submit top candidates to hiring managers for interviews and/or setup on their behalf.
Research and administer ways to continue filling Lever1 internal and client pipelines with qualified candidates through various ways that can include but is not limited to college career fairs, networking events, association days as assigned, etc.
Ensure internal and client satisfaction and retention.
Respond to hiring manager and employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
Take a proactive approach to foreseeing issues both internally and for clients and providing suggestions.
Perform work free from error and within timeline.
Maintain an applicant workflow system.
Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Attend weekly meetings as assigned.
All other recruiting/HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
Ability to communicate and present information effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong knowledge of ATS systems.
Deals effectively with others in antagonistic situations, using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict.
Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
1-3 years of experience in a recruiting role.
Excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
Minimal travel as assigned
Required Experience:
At least 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting role.
Track record of recruitment success in a professional field.
Proficient in MS Office products.
Attention to detail.
