Job Summary:

We are seeking an acquisition sales consultant to join our real estate investment team. We provide all the resources you need to succeed as a real estate investor: Seller leads, appointments, coaching, training, automated systems, and technology. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for serving people, our community, and learning.

Leverage Homes is a leading real estate private equity firm specializing in high-volume SFR, multifamily, and commercial acquisitions with multiple exit strategies including but not limited to quick-turnaround and rental portfolio aggregation. Leverage Homes is dedicated to identifying and securing profitable real estate opportunities, ensuring seamless transactions and delivering exceptional value to our clients, stakeholders, and community.

Founded in 2019, Leverage Companies has expanded its private equity portfolio into private debt, equities, media, and non-profit ventures. Our team is dedicated to promoting and educating entrepreneurship and wealth generation within our company and community. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assess property values and conditions.
  • Utilize the CRM daily to track interactions and sales processes.
  • Build trust with prospects to close deals.
  • Respond promptly to leads and client requests.
  • Manage and update sales leads in the CRM.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments.
  • Stay updated on local market trends.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Exceptional communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Passion for sales and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or related field preferred but not required
  • Must have a driver's license and a vehicle (in order to attend appointments)
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office.
  • Must embody core values: Honest, Driven, Selfless Team Player, and have a Positive Attitude
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to connect with various personalities.
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • 1 years of real estate sales experience preferred.

Salary : $50,000 - $200,000
