Job Summary :
The Director of Investor Relations will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our investor engagement strategy. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of investors, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in raising significant capital and will create scalable, repeatable outreach processes to drive long-term investor relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Investor Pipeline Management :
Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified investors, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective investors to support capital-raising goals.
Fundraising Strategy :
Lead efforts to raise equity and equity real estate investments, with a proven ability to secure at least $2,000,000 or more in capital.
Develop and execute effective strategies for investor outreach, relationship management, and engagement.
Ongoing Investor Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for current investors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Provide ongoing support, updates, and reporting to strengthen investor relationships and trust.
Scalable Outreach Process :
Design and implement scalable and repeatable processes for investor communications, follow-ups, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements in investor communications.
Collaboration and Reporting :
Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising goals with overall business objectives.
Provide regular updates on fundraising progress, investor feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications :
Proven track record of successfully raising $2,000,000 for equity and equity real estate investments.
5 years of investor relations experience preferred.
Strong experience working with high-net-worth individuals; experience with institutional investors is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to create and manage scalable investor outreach processes.
Strong knowledge of the equity and real estate investment landscape.
Results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
