ADMINISTRATOR (LNHA or RCAL)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility.
- Supervise staff in providing quality care to residents with diverse needs.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual residents.
- Ensure compliance with residents' rights and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

License
- Must be an Licensed Nursing Home Administrator(LNHA) or Residential Care Assisted Living (RCAL) licensed
Residential care unit
This unit is for the resident who does not necessarily require heavy nursing care. It has an 35 bed unit designed in an "home like" setting. The residential care unit offers your choice of semi-private, private or deluxe accommodations. Nursing supervision is available to monitor, medications and to provide care if needed.
