We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Support Teacher to join our team and provide exceptional care for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating a safe, nurturing environment for young learners.
*Duties*
- Provide attentive and compassionate care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged kids
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children to play and learn
- Follow daily routines and schedules to ensure consistency for the children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and progress
- Assist the teacher with activities
- Cover classrooms for lunch breaks
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, daycare, or related field
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
- Ability to work with children of various ages and backgrounds
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with children and parents
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not required
- At least 18 years of age
- Current qualification letter
- Able to obtain TB Test and Physical prior to employment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
