General Maintenance and Repair Technician
3-Month Contract
Term: December 11th and work through February 28th.
Pay: $22/hr
Location: Overland Park, KS
No C2C, H1B, or Sponsorship
**The hours would be: Monday through Thursday 12:30 pm until 9:00 pm and Fridays 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. 40 hour work week, with a half hour lunch.**
Main tasks they will be doing:
Setting up for events and classes
Basic plumbing
Pulling weeds/mulching/planting/trimming
Hauling out trash
Fixing items such as furniture,etc
Some cleaning as needed after projects
Snow removal
Requested Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED. 2. One year experience in any skilled crafts area. Associate degree or vocational school certification may be substituted for required experience. 3. Experience using basic power tools, hand tools, and cleaning equipment. 4. Ability to apply reason to solve problems independently, as evidenced in application materials and previous experience. 5. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision 6. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Salary : $21 - $22
