We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. We have grown 40% in the last year, and we’re looking for a motivated and organized Logistics & Operations Coordinator to keep our operations running smoothly. This role is key to ensuring that our crews are scheduled effectively, jobs are completed on time, and customers receive the top-notch service we’re known for.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling and dispatching of crews to job sites.
- Create efficient schedules by coordinating customer needs with available staff.
- Monitor job progress throughout the day, adjusting schedules as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for movers in the field, providing support and guidance.
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, timing, and any unexpected changes.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, checklists, and documentation are completed.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both movers and jobs, ensuring goals are met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize bookings and minimize gaps in the schedule.
- Manage time-sensitive issues such as delays, staffing changes, or equipment needs.
- Assist in tracking damage photos, paperwork submissions, and checklist completions.
Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or scheduling preferred
- Proficiency with software tools like Asana, Google Workspace, or CRM systems is a plus.
