We're seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team at one of our retail stores. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a high-energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors. You will also supervise and provide consistent coaching on sales training process to ensure the highest level of service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Creates a compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors
* Supervises and coaches sales associates on sales training process
* Proactively resolves consumer concerns and partners with store manager on elevated issues
* Participates in training process for new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge and service practices
* Handles cash handling and merchandise operations efficiently while maintaining standards
Requirements
* 2 years of retail leadership experience
* Proven skills in supervising, coaching and training sales associates
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Reliable transportation required
