This position performs a key role in the US / Canada Brand Experience team with responsibility for Mainline and Outlet Visual Merchandising as an individual contributor.
About the Job
- Using a combination of global visual guidelines and cluster business priorities, deliver monthly visual direction for Levi's retail stores in both mainline and outlet channels with seasonal product storytelling, product presentation, visual techniques, mannequin styling, and flex strategies.
- Communicate the Levi's brand aesthetic, creative direction, and visual merchandising standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with product merchants and planning team to optimize visual merchandising strategies based around business priorities, seasonal product and brand initiatives, and store capacity / fixture-fill.
- Follow and manage the go-to-market process from initiation to execution, from seasonal product launch to monthly visual merchandising guidelines, executive walk throughs, production of store direction, and follow up with field execution.
- Working cross-functionally : build relationships with partners in Store Design, Operations, Merchandising, Planning & Allocations, Marketing, and Graphic Design.
- You will report to the Senior Manager, USCA Brand Environment.
About You
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $90,700- $120,900 per year We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
