The Notable Responsibilities Of The Flex Pac (Picker/Packer) Are
- To remove customer order from tote, inspect and assure proper unit and quantity, apply customer value-added services, pack in appropriate carton, label and place on exit queue conveyor
- Perform keyboard transactions to operate core systems, such as Maui system
- Process garments and pack cartons following procedures
- Perform value-added services such as price ticketing, hangers, specialized folding, bags, etc.
- Apply labels, barcodes
- Operation of hand held scanner
- Reprint labels or tags
- Assemble cartons and manually tape them as needed
- Maintain established expectancy and accuracy goals
- Overhead scanners
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse experience is a HUGE BONUS
- Ability to use a handheld scanner, or
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Excellent number correlation
- Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
- Working knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong team orientation
- Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
- Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co.
