About the Job

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement basic alteration services (i.e. Hemming, patch and repair, tapering) and more technical alterations (e.g. Fitting / tailoring items other than jeans, where more technical equipment is necessary; detailed appearance altering processes, embroidery)
  • Exemplify and have customer service skills to enhance our clients experience.
  • Educate and trains store teams on customer offerings provided by the Tailor Shop.
  • Help with responsibilities on the selling floor and fitting room as requested by store management
  • Comply with all Levi's® policy and programs.

Job Requirements :

  • Experience with denim industry and current / upcoming trends.
  • Understanding of textiles and fabrics with skills in sewing, tailoring and textile repair.
  • Awareness of design trends
  • Enjoy engaging with clients and store team
