Job Description/Duties
- Provides highest level customer service by resolving customer complaints/questions.
- Negotiates alternative options with manufactures on behalf of the customer.
- Collaborates with stores, merchandising and other operations departments to quickly solve issues.
- Verifies all customer account balances for delivery/pick-up orders. Identifies and corrects discrepancies.
- Schedules delivery and service appointments
- Maintains accurate inventory in Storis and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Prepares reports regarding delivery and repair service using Storis system.
- The Customer Pick Up Clerk covers the CPU office at the distribution center and must be available to work Saturday.
- Other duties as assigned.
