We are seeking energetic and results-driven Online Sales Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing sales. You will use our online platforms and communication tools to engage with customers and drive sales.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent. Associates or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration and/or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working in a Digital Commerce, Internet Sales and/or Phone Sales environment preferred.
- Position requires in-store training for up to 2 weeks with eventual transition to work-from-home office environment. All computer equipment will be supplied by the company.
- Requires flexibility to work retail hours/scheduling that includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong reading, comprehension and active listening skills. Basic numerical reasoning, mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficient computer skills; demonstrated knowledge of computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and the ability to learn Internal Point of Sale (POS) Computer programs.
- Proficient in sales cycle including sales order entry.
- Outstanding customer service skills; detail-oriented individuals with strong follow through.
- Ability meet all KPIs, key results and/or targeted goal requirements with regards to customer service and sales.
