Now hiring for a Residential Apartment Maintenance Technician!
This position will be dealing with daily building maintenance for residents of an apartment community: work orders consisting of: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and any other routine building maintenance. Performing repairs such as drywall, painting, plumbing, minor electrical.
Preparing vacant units for move-ins. Grounds upkeep including snow removal of sidewalks, debris removal.
Janitorial duties throughout building including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning.
Monitoring and routine testing of building systems, fire alarms, smoke detectors, generator.
This is a full time, Monday – Friday, hours typically 8:00AM-5PM. No evenings, no weekends, unless on Emergency On-Call
Guaranteed 40 hours per week of work. Bi-weekly pay
Technicians with any earned certifications are eligible for a higher compensation
Must be able to work independently, and follow direction of Property Manager
Must be able to interact with residents in polite respectful manner.
