We are seeking a detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial preparation. Your ability to manage case files, coordinate multiple tasks, and communicate effectively will be essential to your success in this role.
Your Role and Impact
- Draft correspondence and routine pleadings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Maintain attorneys’ calendars, scheduling meetings, depositions, mediations, and court dates.
- Organize case files, legal documents, and client records to ensure easy access for the team.
- Prepare subpoenas, coordinate document productions, and respond to discovery requests.
- Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
- File legal documents in both state and federal courts while adhering to local court rules and procedures.
- Record attorneys’ billable time, manage mail processing, and answer client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
