Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs.
- Provide direct ABA therapy service to children aged 4-10 years in home, school, and community settings.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA and psychological services.
- Support clients in various areas such as adaptive skills, speech, language, communication, social skills, emotional regulation, vocational skills, behavior, play, and cognitive skills, while reducing challenging behaviors.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment programs.
- Collaborate and consult with related service providers while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master’s degree in special education, psychology, counseling, or behavior analysis.
- Knowledge of psychological services and interventions
- Preferably, prior experience working as a teacher or paraprofessional
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with children aged 4-10.
- Extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis and special education.
- Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies with children with autism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
- Commitment to working in a diverse environment with a dedicated group of professionals.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $130.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
