Overview:
This position is responsible for supporting Leviton’s General Retail Sales team on projects, price shops, customer service, e-commerce, customer conventions and office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project coordination – communication, execution, customer program and planogram creation and maintenance
- Attention to detail and ability to execute tasks on time and provide accurate data entry and customer information for quotes and show specials
- Coordinate quarterly price shops
- Build collaborative relationships both inside and outside of the company
- Plan, prepare and execute customer conventions
- Develop and maintain understanding of Leviton products and go to market strategy for General Retail sales
- Collaborate with customer service & supply chain teams to ensure high customer fill rates
- Work with the sales team on new opportunities
- Office Supply and general office management
- Self-starter, proactive and works well on a team
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written
- Understanding of hardware retail channel a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years’ experience as a sales assistant or customer service
- Minimal travel - attending major customer shows
