As a Member Service Associate / Teller, you connect with our members to build trusted relationships and help direct them to achieve their financial goals. In this role, you are counted on to assist members with their everyday banking transactions and needs, such as deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals. You must be able to think creatively to find solutions and solve problems for our members. After six months, you'll know you were successful if :
- You've mastered basic transactions.
- You use your knowledge base to match products and services to member needs.

Your primary responsibility is to serve our members by performing teller duties in the lobby & drive-up - current part-time opportunity at our South Louise Branch : 4701 S. Louise Ave. Requirements A qualified Member Service Associate / Teller candidate will have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent, and six to twelve months of cash handling and customer service experience.
