What are the responsibilities and job description for the Float Member Service Associate position at Levo Federal Credit Union?
As a Float Member Service Associate , you will have the opportunity to connect with our members, building trusted relationships that help them achieve their financial goals. In this dynamic role, you will assist members with everyday banking transactions and needs, such as deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals. Your creativity in problem-solving will play a crucial role in finding solutions for our members.
After six months, you'll know you were successful if :
- You've mastered basic transactions.
- You effectively use your knowledge to align products and services with member needs.
- You engage with members by asking appropriate questions to assist with transactions while protecting against fraud.

Our weekdays operate from 7 : 15 a.m. to 5 : 45 p.m., with 3 Saturdays each month from 8 : 45 a.m. to 12 : 15 p.m. Your primary responsibility will be to serve our members by performing teller duties in the lobby and drive-up at any of our Sioux Falls locations.
Requirements
Education and Experience : To excel in this role, you should have six to twelve months of cash handling and customer service experience. You should feel comfortable using a computer and learning new technology, and you must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. A collaborative environment that strives for exceptional service to our members and excellence in all transactions is essential.
