As a Member Engagement Specialist, you'll utilize your expertise in our financial products and services to connect members with the solutions that best align with their goals. Your role is vital in providing exceptional service over the phone and through digital platforms, assisting with account inquiries, loan applications, and helping members expand their financial opportunities.

- You can effectively identify and evaluate the unique needs of potential and current members, helping them realize their financial goals.
- You confidently use your knowledge to make independent decisions while ensuring accurate approvals for loans and accounts within established guidelines.
- You demonstrate proven sales skills and make sound, assured decisions.
- You are proficient in reading and interpreting credit reports and are familiar with credit union policies and procedures.

Your starting hourly salary will be assessed based on your previous experience, ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, along with an incentive. Weekday shifts will typically be between 7 : 15 AM and 6 : 15 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays from 8 : 45 AM to 12 : 15 PM. You will primarily assist our members through our electronic branch services, including online, phone, and ITMs.
Requirements :
A qualified candidate should possess an associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, along with two to three years of relevant lending and underwriting experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
