Position Summary – Social Media Manager
Levo Health is seeking an optimistic, passionate, and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on developing and managing social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of 20-30 healthcare clients, creating content that drives engagement, increases website traffic, and meets client goals.
The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about producing impactful campaigns in the healthcare space. You’ll work with tools like Sprout Social, Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut to create visually compelling content, including Instagram Reels and TikToks, while staying on top of industry trends to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities – Social Media Manager
- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns for a diverse range of 20-30 healthcare clients (ranging from 3-25 monthly posts per client)
- Continuously optimize social media performance to achieve clients’ objectives, such as increasing engagement, website traffic, and conversions
- Create compelling visuals and effective copy for social media efforts
- Monitor and analyze social media performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Develop Instagram Reel and Tiktok strategy and create visually striking and engaging videos
- Create, schedule and monitor organic social media strategy for Levo Health and its healthcare clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of social media strategies
Minimum Qualifications – Social Media Manager
- 3-6 years of experience managing social media campaigns, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Ability to effectively manage 20-30 social media schedules (ranging from 3-25 monthly posts) for a diverse range of healthcare clients
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
- Experience with organic social media management and tools such as Sprout Social
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to utilize creative programs like Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Capcut, etc, to create graphics and videos for social media.
