Levo Resources is partnering with an innovative startup transforming how creators connect with their fans. As a fast-growing startup they are dedicated to enhancing the creator economy, making it easier for influencers, streamers, and digital creators to receive gifts from their fan base. With rapid growth, we are looking for a Controller to establish and lead their finance and accounting functions. This is a unique opportunity to build financial infrastructure from the ground up while working with a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
What Youll Do :
- Set up and oversee accounting operations, ensuring scalable and efficient financial processes.
- Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and cash forecasting to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to align with company goals and best practices.
- Oversee treasury management, cash flow optimization, and financial planning.
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights that support growth and fundraising efforts.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards, tax regulations, and financial controls.
- Build and guide the finance and accounting team, fostering a strong financial foundation.
What Were Looking For :
Experience setting up accounting processes from scratch and implementing scalable systems.
7 years of progressive accounting / finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Startup experience is a plus! Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong understanding of month-end close, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
CPA preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in ERP systems, QuickBooks, and advanced Excel skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
