Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Sales, Ecommerce to lead our online sales strategy and optimize our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce strategic account management, digital brand development, and customer experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce sales strategy with a portfolio of customers to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Oversee the daily operations of the ecommerce accounts, ensuring products are appropriately placed to drive high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and product teams to enhance online visibility through product placement, offerings, and marketing strategies.
- Analyze ecommerce performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and marketing efforts.
- Identify opportunities to grow e-commerce presence and drive revenue. Execute initiatives that create the most value.
- Develop strong relationships with key partners and vendors to enhance ecommerce capabilities.
- All other duties as assigned
Who you are
- 5 years of experience in ecommerce strategic account management
- Proven track record of driving ecommerce account revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility and overseeing digital marketing strategy.
- Experience in selling products on Amazon and knowledge of retailer specific policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, etc.
