Job Summary

Join Levy Restaurants as a Grill Cook in Concessions at Soldier Field, preparing delicious food for guests during Chicago’s biggest sporting events, concerts, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation to ensure food safety compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the concessions team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Clean and organize assigned area and concession stand.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• Must hold a current ServSafe Food Handling Certification.
• Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
