Job Description
Bring your culinary expertise to the next level! As a Sous Chef, you will assist in leading the kitchen team to produce high-quality, delicious food while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. You will oversee food preparation, support menu development, and ensure the highest culinary standards are met at all times.

Job Description

Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional high volume kitchen
- Familiarity of fresh catering cooking operations in multiple areas
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule throughout the year including, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, nutrition and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control standards
- Assist in menu planning and execution
- Monitor kitchen inventory and coordinate ordering
- Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
- Train and develop kitchen team members
- Support executive chef in daily kitchen operations
