We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing / Health Services (RN) who is passionate about making a difference for our Brea Community!
Qualifications :
- Must have a passion for the relationship side of clinical care
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state
- Experience leading and influencing across the network of clinical staff, preferably in a senior care or long-term care setting
- Passion for working with the elderly or those with memory impairing disease
- Thrives supervising, teaching, and leading others
- This role requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record as a condition of employment
- Dedication to working with seniors in a culturally diverse workforce
- You may be required to work outside of your regular hours depending on business needs
