Job Summary
Supervises the operations of Banquets, Premium Events, Clubs, and Suites and performs a variety of food & beverage duties while providing a pleasant guest experience at America's Center and the Dome.
Job Summary
- Supervise the operations of multiple banquet areas, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
- Understands BEO's/Menu, presentation, and flow of event.
- Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
- Reinforces cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
- Reinforces alcohol compliance policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
