Job Summary
Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on support at events, unit set up, program implementation
- Database and Point-of-Sale management
- Coordinates menus and displays for all food and beverage offerings in concession locations
- Works within provided guidelines and timelines
- Assists with presentations and conduct trainings
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with location managers team members
- Works with location leaders to better the experience through displays, menus and guest connection
- Participate in event close-out duties and ensure all stand operating procedures are implemented
- Maintains office equipment and supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in hospitality
- Proficient computer skills
- Multi-task in deadline-driven team environment, adjust to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexible schedule, evenings/weekends - available for majority of all events"
