Job Summary

Join our team as a

Human Resources Manager and play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and engaging workplace. You will oversee HR functions, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and support employee relations and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Oversee benefits administration and payroll coordination
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct training and development initiatives for employees
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
