Levy, the Food and Beverage partner at Churchill Downs has the opportunity for a Full-Time Culinary Administrator to join our team.
During live racing, we operate on a Wednesday Sunday schedule. Outside of live racing, we operate on a Monday Friday schedule with some nights and weekends as needed. There are some nights required during live racing, and few nights and weekends required during the months of March & April as needed based off of our scheduled training and onboarding sessions.
Churchill Downs is home of the Kentucky Derby. The Kentucky Derby has been described by Forbes as one of the "Greatest Bucket-list Sporting Events" in America. Every year, on the first Saturday in May, over 150,000 of guests gather under the Twin Spires at Churchill Downs to create lifelong memories with their friends and family.
- Our Spring Racing Meet will begin on April 26th and will include the Kentucky Oaks, the Kentucky Derby, and Downs After Dark.
- Our September Racing Meet lasts from September 11th- September 28th and includes Twilight Thursday Racing and Downs After Dark.
- Our Fall Racing Meet lasts from October 26th - November 30th and includes Thanksgiving and Black Friday
