Position Overview
We are seeking a Culinary Supervisor to assist in managing the successful operations of our kitchens and concessions stands by supervising food-service associates in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws. This role will ensure an exceptional guest experience that meets the high standards of Levy and will assist team members in maintaining a safe environment. Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience: Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently provided. Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.
Compliance: Adhere to and train culinary staff to prepare corporate approved food recipes and production standards. Ability to follow all sanitation and safety requirements.
Operational Excellence: Advises management of purchasing requirements with a focus on minimizing waste and avoiding product shortages, perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to health and safety standards.
Leadership: Train kitchen and stand staff, ensure team members receive breaks, uphold Show Quality standards.
Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.
Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Guest-centric mindset: Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.
Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities during live events.
Organization: Must be methodical and possess good time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Minimum one-year leadership experience required.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handlers permit.
This role is Part-Time Seasonal.
Culinary staff will be scheduled for prep shifts and events therefore will need to be available nights and weekends.
Must maintain excellent attendance.
