Job Description:

- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks on-site
- Operate heavy machinery to feed the plant and maintain conveyor systems
- Determine proper settings for crusher and feeder to optimize production
- Monitor air emissions and take corrective action as needed
- Manage preventive maintenance and repairs on plant, secondary structures, and related tools
- Ensure housekeeping of yard and plant areas
Responsibilities:
">- Perform pre and post operation inspections of plant and mobile equipment
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
- Replace drive belts, jaw dies, screen decks, and maintain gear boxes and pulleys
- Manage startup and shutdown processes for the plant and related components
- Inspect and monitor plant and secondary structures to ensure safe operation
- Adjust plant operations based on production and performance data
