Job Summary

Michelob Ultra Club Hosts / Hostesses are responsible for :

• Signing in and out and completing all event paperwork.
• Setting chef table tags on chef tables, proper serving utensils, and setting up coffee station.
• Knowledge of timing of chefs table breakdown.
• Bulls games : Breakdown after halftime, Black Hawk Games : Breakdown 10 minutes into Second period, Concerts : When main act goes on stage.
• Polishing dessert flatware and cutlery and polishing sneezeguards.
• Assisting servers setting tables if needed.
• Greeting guests and directing them to their seats.
• Letting guests know where chef’s tables are located and overall dining style.
• Letting guests know dinner plates are on dining table and dessert plates are on
• chef's tables.
• Must be knowledgeable of food and beverage items.
• Maintain cleanliness of hostess stand.
• Assist in addressing any guest issues or concerns.
• Following through with any special requests.
• Maintaining Chefs tables and area around Chefs tables after all guests have been sat.
• Maintaining a pleasant, outgoing personality and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Assisting other team members. (Such as helping servers clear and turnover tables as necessary)
• Cleaning host / hostess stand at the end of the event.
• Cleaning of all chef’s tables and coffee station after breakdown, including food tags and sneezeguards.
• Thanking our guests.
