LOCATION : Levy Home Office - 980 N. Michigan Ave Chicago, IL
TIME FRAME : June 4, 2024 - August 15, 2024

Position Summary : Levy’s On-Deck Summer Internship is a 10-week, project-based program with a focus on improving business operations on a strategic and multifunctional level. Interns will be exposed to Levy’s unique culture, personal and professional development workshops, and standards of service at Levy’s Home Office in Chicago, IL. This summer internship program is offered to full-time college students interested in a career in hospitality, sports and entertainment, or data analytics. Upon successful completion of the On-Deck program, interns have the potential to receive a full-time, entry-level position post-graduation.
Key Responsibilities :
On- Deck Interns will work independently or in a partnership / group on their 10-week project and will follow a structured curriculum presenting their findings to Levy Leadership at the conclusion of the summer. Professionalism, time management, problem solving, and eagerness to learn are expectations of each intern.
The CORE Solutions intern’s responsibilities may include (but will not be limited to) :
- Help form Levy’s strategic culinary and operations priorities by evaluating operational insights and industry trends.
- Assess operations data for process improvement opportunities and create new tools to help our field teams.
- Develop operational dashboards to give our business leaders key insights into their operations.
- Create new culinary concepts and plans for scaling across the Levy network.
