Position Summary : Levys On-Deck Summer Internship is a 10-week, project-based program with a focus on improving business operations on a strategic and multifunctional level. Interns will be exposed to Levys unique culture, personal and professional development workshops, and standards of service at Levys Home Office in Chicago, IL. This summer internship program is offered to full-time college students interested in a career in hospitality, sports and entertainment, merchandise and retail, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
On-Deck Interns will work independently or in a partnership / group on their 10-week project and will follow a structured curriculum presenting their findings to Levy Leadership at the conclusion of the summer. Professionalism, time management, problem solving, and eagerness to learn are expectations of each intern. Opportunity for Interns to join the team at seasonal events.
The Rank Rally Data Analytics Intern responsibilities may include (but will not be limited to) :
- Analyzing retail store transactional data to identify trends and product sales patterns
- Analyzing e-commerce website data and digital marketing data to understand customer behavior and drive return on investment
- Utilizing data to help optimize elements of Rank Rallys business such as pricing strategy, product assortment, labor modeling, and inventory management
- Visualizing data for the purposes of aggregation, communication, and insight creation
- Assisting with various ad hoc analytics projects to help drive strategy and revenue
