Sales of construction equipment and products to an established customer base consisting of independent and national equipment rental companies in the entire State of Tennessee. This is a long-term career opportunity with excellent income potential.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 10 years outside sales experience selling construction products to the equipment rental industry.
· Self-starter with strong planning, communication, and presentation skills.
· Proficient with common workplace software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
· Working knowledge of construction equipment and products.
Principal Responsibilities:
· Tow, show, and sell construction equipment and products.
· Maintain existing accounts while cultivating new business.
· Understand practical applications of each product represented.
· Assist in determining strategies to support manufacturer goals and objectives.
· Travel as needed to meet and develop relationships with all customers in territory.
· Educate and train customers on applications and proper use of equipment.
· Resolve customer disputes in a timely fashion.
· Maintain contact with manufacturers represented on a regular basis.
· Work with peers to share information and develop new business.
· Maintain a knowledge base of competitive products.
· Provide strong after-sale support.
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
