Lewes Yacht Club is looking for a Dining Room Manager to join their amazing team!
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the Clubhouse Manager in the operations, service, and hospitality of the dining experience.
Directing the work of other employees within the department including the coaching, training and development of other employees.
Creating an environment where guest service is their highest priority with dynamic and energetic leadership.
Completing opening and closing duties as prescribed by LYC policies.
Completing weekly employee schedule based on budgeted labor costs.
Maintaining Club standards and positive employee relations.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with FOH management in a (Private Club experience is a huge plus)
A commitment to providing exceptional service to every guest
The ability to work well with people with a dynamic and engaging leadership presence
A strong work ethic and a desire to learn
A thorough knowledge of restaurant operations
Stable job history that shows progressively more responsibilities
Requirements:
Saturday, Sunday, and night shift availability is required
Must have reliable transportation up until closing time 2 hours
