Do you enjoy working with the public? The Motor Vehicle Division is hiring a Motor Vehicle Clerk I to process documents and data related to motor vehicle titling and registration.
Under general supervision of the Motor Vehicle Supervisor, this position processes documents and data related to motor vehicle titling and registration.
Who We Are
The Motor Vehicle Department is responsible for the collection of approximately $11.5 million in licensing title fees and assessment of all vehicles, which require titles under state law. During the last fiscal year, approximately 71,000 registrations were issued through the department.

The above knowledge, skills, and abilities are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma and one (1) year experience in customer service. Cash handling, financial record keeping, and cash handling experience preferred.
