Lewis & Clark Ford is a trusted name in the Yankton area, providing top-notch customer service and quality automotive solutions. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team and oversee our parts department operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, ordering and stocking parts as needed.
• Work closely with the service and sales departments to fulfill parts requests accurately and promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail and wholesale parts customers.
• Train, mentor, and lead the parts team to ensure high performance.
• Monitor and manage department expenses and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and drive department success.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and inventory systems.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
